Fiesta de San Juan

Okay, so you already know all about Saturday and Sunday, the  20th and 21st, but there is more

As you know, on the 20th and 21st, there is the tapa festival and it judging of the best tortilla in town, music, dance etc.

On the 22nd, it is the Dia del Nino, or Kids Day.  The fair will be set up on the grounds just outside town.  You can be sure it will be running all weekend.

One the 23rd, is the night we have all been waiting for.   Fiesta de San Juan is held every year on the 23rd, and is a fantastic party on the beach. Huge bonfires light up the evening sky. This is the only night of the year that you are allowed to have your own fire on the beach..it is also the only night you can legally sleep on the beach.  The party goes on all night and more fun you won’t have anywhere else.  Here are some snaps from last year.  Enjoy.
